Run franchise stores

With franchise stores, you run one main store with several franchise stores under it, usually one per location. Each franchise has its own products, delivery areas and orders, and can be managed by its own franchise owner.

Shopnix sets up franchise (multi-store) mode for your store. Contact Shopnix support to turn your store into a franchise store.

How it works

1. You create a master inventory of all your products.
2. You create franchisees. Each franchisee can have their own login.
3. Each franchisee selects all or some products from the master inventory to sell, and chooses the areas they deliver to.
4. All the stores go live.
5. A customer visits your main store at YOUR-STORE.com and finds their nearest franchise by pincode or locality, or picks a store. Some areas can have more than one franchise.
6. The customer sees only that franchise's products and places an order.
7. The order appears in that franchise's orders in Store Manager. The franchise manager tracks and delivers it. Each franchise has its own invoice numbers.

Add a supplier

In a franchise store, the Orders menu in Store Manager is replaced by Suppliers. This is where you add, find and delete suppliers. Each supplier can log in with their own email and password. They see their own Supplier profile, inventory and orders.

1. Go to Store Manager → Suppliers.
2. Click Add Supplier.
3. Fill in the supplier's details: Supplier Name, Supplier Id, Contact Person, Email ID, Mobile, Password (for the supplier's login), Address, Supplier GST, Brands Stocked, Additional Info and Is Active. Also choose the areas the supplier delivers to.
4. Click the add button at the bottom of the form.

To find a supplier, use the Show Suppliers with search box. To delete a supplier, click the delete icon on its row.

Manage a supplier's inventory

Choose which products each supplier sells.

1. Go to Store Manager → Suppliers.
2. Click the supplier's name in the Name column.
3. Open the Inventory tab.
4. To add a product, type its name under Product Name and click the add button.
5. To find a product, use the Show Inventory with search box.
6. To remove a product, click the delete icon on its row.
