What is Chat option ?
Live chat is essentially an instant messaging service between the customer and the e-commerce company, it enables the customers to ask their questions to the eCommerce service provider.
How to set this feature ?
There are so many free live chat providers are available , for example zopim. Just sign-in to the zopim and get the embed code from the widget option like below
After that copy the code and go to Admin > setup > pages > header paste the code there.
Now the chat option is ready with your store.
