Order detailed report

The order detailed report shows each order with its items, including SKU, quantity and price. It gives more detail than the order report, so you can track individual items within each order.

Open the report

  1. Go to Store Manager → Reports → Order Detailed Report. You see all orders with their details.
  2. To filter the results, click the search icon in the top right corner and fill in the filters.

Columns

ColumnWhat it shows
Invoice NoThe order's invoice number.
Order Placed DateWhen the order was placed.
Net TotalThe order's net total.
Order's Last Updated DateWhen the order was last changed.
Order StatusThe order's current status.
SKUThe SKU of the item.
Product NameThe item's product name.
QuantityHow many of the item were ordered.
Net PriceThe item's net price.
Item's Last Updated DateWhen the item was last changed.

Filters

FilterWhat it does
Invoice NoFind an order by its invoice number.
Ordered Date FromShow orders within a date range.
SKUSearch by SKU.
Product NameSearch by product name.
Order StatusShow orders with a particular status.
Net Total BetweenShow orders within a net total range.

Export or share

Use the buttons on the report page to download the report in Microsoft Excel or PDF format, Mail it, or Print it.
