Reports: which one to use

Shopnix reports show you what is happening in your store: your orders, payments and tax, best-selling products, stock, what customers search for and save, your customers, courier shipments, warranties and the SMS your store sends. Use this page to pick the right report.

In the Reports menu, the reports are grouped into Inventory Reports, Order Reports and Others.

Open a report

  1. Go to Store Manager → Reports.
  2. Click the report you want, for example Order Report.
  3. To see everything, click Generate Report. To narrow the results, fill in the filters first.

Which report to use

Order reportAll orders placed by customers.Find orders by customer, date, payment type, payment status or order status.
Paid order reportOrders that customers have paid for.Check paid orders by date or payment type.
Order items reportEach product's total quantity ordered, discount, shipping and amount.See how much each product has sold and earned.
Order detailed reportEach order with its items, SKUs, quantities and prices.Track individual items within orders.
Tax reportThe tax on your orders, by order number and date.Prepare your GST returns.
Best selling reportWhich products sell most and least, and how many you sold.Find your top and slowest sellers.
Stock reportThe stock you have for your products.Check stock levels before you run out.
Search reportWhat customers search for in your store, how often, and how many products matched. Available on the Startup plan and above.Find products customers want but can't find.
Wishlist reportProducts customers have added to their wishlists.See which products are in demand.
Customer reportYour customers with their contact details and address.Find customers by city, state or pincode, or download your customer list.
Courier reportShipments by courier, with consignment IDs, dispatch dates, weights, taxes, surcharges and amounts payable.Check courier bills and follow up on shipments.
Sent SMS reportSMS your store has sent, by gateway, date and status.Check whether SMS were sent or failed.
Warranty reportWarranties customers have registered. Shown only when the Warranty app is on.See who registered which product, and when.

Export or share

Each report has buttons to download it as a CSV file (it opens in Microsoft Excel) or as a PDF, or to Mail it. See each report's article for details.
