Warranty report
The warranty report lists the product warranties your customers have registered. Use it to check who registered which product, when they bought it and how long the warranty lasts.
Before you start
- This report appears only when the Warranty app is turned on for your store. See Offer product warranties.
Open the report
- Go to Store Manager → Reports → Warranty Report. You find it under Others in the Reports menu.
- To see all registrations, click Generate Report.
- To see only some registrations, fill in the filters first, then click Generate Report.
Filters
| Filter | What it does | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Product Name | Show registrations for one product. | Mixer Grinder 750W |
| Contact Name | Find the registrations of one customer. | Anil Kumar |
| Warranty Type | Show registrations under one of your warranty types. | 1-Year Seller Warranty |
| Validity | Show registrations by warranty length. | 12 months |
| Purchased On | Show registrations by the date the customer bought the product. | 1 to 31 August |
| Registered On | Show registrations by the date the customer registered the warranty. | 1 to 30 September |
