Search report

The search report shows what customers search for in your store, how often, and how many products matched. Use it to find products customers want, and searches that return few or no results.

The search report is available on the Startup, Super and Mega plans. See Upgrade or renew your plan.

Open the report

  1. Go to Store Manager → Reports → Search Report.
  2. Fill in the filters if you want to narrow the results: Search Query, Search Count or Result Count. Then click Generate Report.

A search with a high count and a result of 0 means customers are looking for something they can't find. Consider adding the product, or using the words customers search for in your product names and descriptions.

Export or share

Use the buttons on the report page to download the report in Microsoft Excel or PDF format, Mail it, or Print it.
