Order items report

The order items report shows order totals for each product: how many were ordered, and the total discount, shipping and amount. Use it to analyse your orders product by product.

Open the report

  1. Go to Store Manager → Reports → Order Items Report.
  2. To filter the results, click the [+] (Advanced search) icon in the top right corner and fill in the filters.

Columns

ColumnWhat it shows
Product NameThe product.
Total OrderedThe total quantity ordered.
Total DiscountThe total discount given on the product.
Total ShippingThe total shipping charges.
Total AmountThe total amount for the product.

Filters

FilterWhat it does
ProductSearch by product name.
Total OrderedShow products ordered within a quantity range.
Total Discount betweenShow products within a discount amount range.
Total Shipping b/wShow products within a shipping charges range.
Total AmountShow products within a total amount range.

Export or share

Use the buttons in the top right corner to download the report in Microsoft Excel or PDF format, Mail it, or Print it.
