Write descriptions and edit images with nixi AI

nixi is the AI assistant built into Store Manager. It can write product descriptions and SEO details for you, and remove the background from product images. You stay in control: check what nixi writes before you save.

Write a product description

  1. Go to Store Manager → Products → Add a Product, or open a product from Store Manager → Products → Manage Products.
  2. Enter the product name and other basic details first, so nixi knows what the product is.
  3. Click Generate with nixi for the description. nixi writes a description for you.
  4. To change it, type what you want in the Describe your changes... box, for example "make it shorter and mention it is handmade", and generate again.
  5. Read the description, edit it if needed and click Save.

Remove the background from an image

A plain background makes product photos look clean and consistent. This works on product images and variant images.

  1. Open the product and go to its images, or to the images of a variant.
  2. In the image toolbar, choose Remove background.
  3. Check the result. If you don't like it, use the revert option to go back to the original image.
  4. Click Save.
