Our 30-day money-back guarantee on new paid plans.
30-day money-back guarantee
If Shopnix is not right for you, we will refund 100% of your subscription fee, as long as you ask within 30 days of starting a new paid plan.
What is covered
- All accounts on any Shopnix subscription plan.
- New subscriptions only. Renewals are not covered.
How to ask for a refund
- Write to us at support@shopnix.io within the first 30 calendar days of your paid plan. For example, if your paid plan started on 3 March, write to us before 2 April.
- We close your account within 24 hours of your request, and process your refund within 48 hours of closing it.
- Please export or back up your store data before you ask for a refund.
Exclusions and other terms
- Discounts: discounts are not refunded. For example, if you bought a discounted 12-month plan and cancel after 2 months, those 2 months are charged at the full, undiscounted price, and the rest is refunded.
- Policy violations: accounts suspended or closed for breaking our terms are not covered.
- Free domains: if you got a free domain with your plan and cancel within 30 days, the price of the domain registration is deducted from your refund. The domain stays yours until it expires, and you can renew it if you wish.
- After 30 days: you can cancel at any time by writing to us, but no refund is given for the rest of the subscription period.
