Q: Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Connect the domain you already own. Startup Store and higher plans include a free .com or .in domain; Mini Store includes a free .online domain.

Q: How many products can I add?

Mini Store up to 50, Startup Store up to 1,000, Super Store up to 8,000 and Mega Store up to 40,000. Sizes and colours count as variants of one product.

Q: Will my store work on phones?

Yes. Every theme works on phones, with separate banners for mobile. You can also run the store from your phone.

Q: Can I move my existing store to Shopnix?

Yes. On Startup Store and higher, our team moves your products and customers for you. You can also upload products from a spreadsheet.

Q: Can I change the design later?

Yes. Switch themes any time without losing your products or orders. Startup Store and higher plans can also customise the theme.
