ONE ORDER, START TO FINISH
A kurta goes from Bengaluru to Chennai
Your shop is in Karnataka. Here is what Shopnix does with one order from Tamil Nadu.
Order placed
A customer in Chennai buys a ₹1,000 cotton kurta and pays by UPI.
IGST added
The parcel is going to another state, so the kurta's 5% GST is charged as IGST.
Invoice ready
A tax invoice with your GSTIN and the HSN code is made. Print it and put it in the parcel.
In your report
The order shows up in your Tax Report for the quarter, ready for your CA.
TAX INVOICE
A proper tax invoice, ready to print
Each invoice shows your GSTIN, the customer's address, place of supply, HSN codes, and the GST on every item. Print it and keep it in the parcel, save it as a PDF or email it to the customer.

PRODUCTS
Set the GST rate once for each product
Give each product its GST rate, like 5% or 18%, and say whether your price already includes GST. Have hundreds of products? Fill in the GST and HSN columns in a spreadsheet and upload them all at once.

WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER SEES
Clear prices, no surprise at checkout
When your prices include GST, your product pages say so, right under the price. Customers know the price they see is the price they pay.

GST FILING
Send your CA one file, not a pile of bills
At the end of the month or quarter, open the Tax Report, choose the dates and download it as Excel (CSV) or PDF.
ALSO INCLUDED
Small things that save you time
Carry on from your bill book
Set your own invoice prefix and starting number. If your paper bills ended at 1000, the first online invoice can be 1001.
Customer's GSTIN on the bill
For business orders you create in Store Manager, add the customer's GSTIN and it prints on their invoice.
Small receipt-style bills
Print bills on a thermal receipt printer, like at a billing counter. We turn this on for your store on request.
