HOW IT WORKS
CHECKOUT
At checkout, your customer picks how to pay. UPI and card payments go through your own payment gateway, and the order shows as paid as soon as the money comes in.
COD BY PINCODE
Many first-time buyers will order only if they can pay cash on delivery. But when a COD parcel is refused at the door, it comes back as RTO and you pay shipping both ways. So keep COD on where your courier collects cash properly, and turn it off where returns are high.
